Job OverviewWe are seeking Retail Store Associates to join our team in creating an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and other team members. As a Retail Store Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and promoting our mission of reuse.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

As a Retail Store Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service, including answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Participating in visual merchandising and display creation.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote teamwork.
To be successful as a Retail Store Associate, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions.
- The ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and bend/reach occasionally.
