Job Description and Salary

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Security Specialist for Public Cloud Environments to join our DevSecOps Team. This role comes with a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform security assessments of KUBRA systems, applications, and infrastructure, providing written reports and recommendations for management review.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments (including DAST and SAST) and provide mitigation strategies.
  • Design and maintain security tools with a focus on automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies like Cloudformation or Terraform.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the security and compliance of all KUBRA-owned computing systems and applications.
  • Provide architectural security guidance to DevOps teams building cloud infrastructure in compliance with industry standards (PCI-DSS, NIST, CIS, OWASP) in public cloud environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in public cloud environments, particularly AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Cyber Security roles, preferably in engineering.
  • Proven software development experience.
  • Familiarity with industry standard regulations and compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS, ISO, NIST, SANS, SOX, SOC II, HIPAA).
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation skills (APIs, Python, Bash, PowerShell, Go).
