Job Description:
The Senior Metal Cladding Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Key responsibilities include setting up and overseeing project contracts, budgets, and costs; coordinating materials and equipment; managing RFIs, change orders, and contract documents; ensuring compliance with specifications, details, and building codes; and developing quality control documents including shop drawings, submittals, and field reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience working with exterior cladding or sheet metal, preferably at a Project Manager level. A 4-year degree from a recognized architectural or engineering program, construction management preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, as well as the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings. Organizational and communication skills, along with strong negotiation skills, are also crucial. Proficiency in MS Office package is required.
