About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Twice the Deal Pizza as a Floor Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a safe and clean environment for our customers and staff.
  • Dust furniture and other surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance.
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to meet health and safety standards.
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide basic information on facilities to customers and staff.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Bondable to ensure the security and safety of our facilities.
  • Repetitive tasks and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Flexibility and team player skills are required to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Term: Permanent with a 35-hour workweek to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
  • Work Language: English to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
