Job Title: Journeyman/Woman Plumber

Kardash Plumbing Ltd is seeking a skilled Journeyman/Woman Plumber to join our team. As a key member of our plumbing crew, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining domestic, commercial, and industrial plumbing fixtures and systems.

Work Environment

Our plumbers work in a variety of settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial locations. You will be required to work in confined spaces, wet/damp environments, and may be exposed to physical demands such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Responsibilities
  • Install and repair plumbing fixtures and systems
  • Read blueprints and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections and fixtures
  • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shape and size
