We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Care Worker to join our team at the Bancheri Family. As a key member of our care team, you will provide essential support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have experience working with elderly individuals, people with disabilities, and providing personal care services. You will be responsible for administering bedside and personal care, assisting with bathing and hygiene, preparing nutritious meals, and providing companionship.
Key Responsibilities- Administering medication and personal care services
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks
- Providing companionship and social interaction
- Maintaining a clean and safe living environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- At least 1 month of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities
We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive:
