We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our IT Solutions team at Enbridge Inc. in Canada.

Job Description

This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, including IT-related projects such as SAP implementations and upgrades. They will also be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that all project deliverables are met.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams to achieve their goals. They will also have a strong understanding of business needs and priorities, and be able to align project objectives with those of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, and make adjustments as needed to ensure project delivery.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of IT project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing end-to-end SAP projects (S/4 Hana) is preferred. ERP work experience is also beneficial. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
