Job Summary
We are seeking a sub-contract cleaner with commercial cleaning experience to join our team. As a sub-contract cleaner, you will have the opportunity to work with your own company, equipment, and labor, and we will contract work to you.
Responsibilities
- General cleaning, including trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, cleaning restrooms, break rooms, offices, and conference rooms.
- Completing work to the highest standard.
- Providing excellent customer service to our clients.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Specific duties may vary depending on the List of Specifications required by the client on location.
Requirements
- Must have Commercial General Liability Insurance.
- Must have WCB.
- 2 years experience with commercial cleaning.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Punctual, reliable, and excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to provide your own cleaning supplies, such as an auto scrubber and a buffer.
- Must have or be able to apply for a business liability insurance.
- Valid WHMIS Certificate.
- All cleaners are subject to a criminal record check.
