Job Title: Counter Sales RepresentativeJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Counter Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, entering customer orders, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, counting, verifying, receiving, and putting away incoming vendor material and customer returns.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide in-person support to customers.
  • Enter, pick, and pack sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Research and source products as required by customers.
  • Process warranty and customer returns promptly.
  • Pick material for customer orders, counting and comparing items to the shipping documentation.
  • Assemble material and pack appropriately for pick up or shipment to customer.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Relevant warehousing and sales experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
  • Positive attitude and a desire for success.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
