Waste Management Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Waste Management Specialist to join our team at Regional Recycling Whistler.
About the JobThis is a full-time position, approximately 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will have a valid driver's license and experience operating various vehicles and equipment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Operating and maintaining garbage trucks and other equipment;
- Loading and unloading goods;
- Picking up and delivering materials;
- Keeping logs and maintaining records;
- Sorting packages for delivery;
- Performing pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections.
The salary for this position is estimated to be in the range of $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- Valid driver's license;
- Experience operating heavy machinery and equipment;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
