We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Field & Infusion Nurse (RPN/LPN) to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in home and specialty clinic settings.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and support the administration of IV infusion treatments in home and clinic settings.
- Monitor post-injection/infusion treatments and chart/report on all activities as directed by program protocols and standards of professional nursing documentation.
- Provide patient education and coordinate daily with patients, case managers, physicians, and other departments to meet established timelines for scheduling appointments and treatments.
- Perform administrative duties such as monthly clinic audits, supply ordering, and other tasks as assigned.
- Participate in team web-based meetings/training sessions and maintain professional practice standards.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Practical Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Experience with IV therapy is an asset.
- Diploma/University degree in nursing or related field.
- Current registration with provincial licensing body; CPR certificate.
- Experience in acute care inpatient/outpatient or homecare setting.
