About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at Woodpecker Homes Ltd. as a key member of our construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials, equipment, and supplies from vehicles and storage areas.
  • Site Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating cranes, and ensuring the site is safe and secure.
  • Material Handling: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt, and remove rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Site Support: Direct traffic at or near construction sites, and assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction.
  • Training and Development: Will train on the job, and participate in on-the-job training tailored to their needs.
