Sales Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing exceptional service and operational support to wholesale retail customers and Sales Leadership to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver monthly sales and margin reports to assist Sales Leadership in forecasting accuracy.
  • Drive order book management for strategic accounts.
  • Analyze data for strategic accounts to identify trends and challenges.
  • Manage vendor templates for new item set-ups, including pricing and image uploads.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Finance to develop and execute yearly trade investment agreements.
  • Provide strong sales presence with each account by offering tailored product information and support materials.
  • Act as a liaison between adidas operations and account operations.
  • Support Sales and Marketing teams with product launches, in-store merchandising, and grassroots programs.
  • Monitor monthly performance of key account sales against full-year sales targets.
  • Support Sales Leadership in key account sales meetings, customer pre-lines, and special events.

Key Relationships:

  • Build and foster relationships with global sales support teams.
  • Collaborate with key teams in Canada, including Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Distribution.

Requirements:

  • University or college graduate in a related field.
  • Experience working in a related field.
