Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the food preparation area and customer service counter
  • Stock and replenish food and supplies as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous food service experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
