Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team at Prime General Contractors Inc. as a Maintenance and Repair Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces, as well as repairing cracks and holes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted
  • Repair cracks and holes
  • Mix paint to desired color and texture
  • Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls
  • Advise consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
  • Estimate costs and materials
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to distinguish between colors
