We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Expert to join our team at India Paradise Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
- Food Safety and Quality: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet the highest standards of food safety and quality.
- Staff Training and Development: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the resources needed to meet customer demand.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
- Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations to ensure that they run smoothly and efficiently, and that customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
