Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
