Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Team Leader
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Food Service Supervisor to lead our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, coordinating food preparation, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food: Lead a team of food service staff to prepare and portion food to meet customer demand.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures: Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and effectively.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation: Plan and order ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards: Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure that it meets our high quality standards.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of work experience: Previous experience in a food service environment is required.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills: Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to succeed in this role.
