Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at NS LTD. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
- Meet or exceed sales goals, working to increase sales and revenue through effective sales techniques and product recommendations.
- Operate cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Assist in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales goals and providing excellent customer service.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly around the store.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
