Senior Clerk

Join National Bank as a Senior Clerk and take on a challenging role that requires strong administrative skills and attention to detail. As a key member of our Private Banking 1859 team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform various administrative tasks independently, adhering to established policies, standards, and procedures.
- Respond to client and partner requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Conduct data checks and analyses to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Manage and follow up on administrative files and reports.
- Produce reports and statistics for various partners, ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Account Manager and Account Representative to coordinate and distribute work.
- Open business and personal files, completing various client requests.
- Ensure quality standards are met, making necessary corrections to work methods and procedures.
- High school diploma and 3.5 years of relevant experience or college diploma and 1.5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in sales and customer service.
- Knowledge of banking products and services for businesses.
- Knowledge of LIS and ICOP applications.
- Proficiency with Word and Excel.
