Key Accountabilities

  1. Lead client-facing engagement teams to complete full-cycle cloud accounting engagements, as well as payroll, regulatory compliance, and management reporting.
  2. Collaborate with team leaders to develop and ensure consistency of standards and business processes across the service line, enabling efficient workflow with appropriate quality review.
  3. Deliver expert industry and technical expertise in cloud bookkeeping through client interactions, reports, technical work, management presentations, and the creation of high-quality deliverables.
  4. Manage a portfolio of clients while understanding their business, key risks, and ways to deliver added value; ensure clients' needs are met and that relationships and accounts grow and develop.
  5. Accountable for team planning and scheduling, as well as group financials (i.e., budgets, WIPS, timely billing, collection, variance recognition).
  6. Maintain quality control of cloud accounting engagements and apply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify, and address issues relevant to the client's business, financial entries, and reports.
  7. Participate in new client pursuits and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals to meet client needs as required.
  8. Network in the local business community, consider business development opportunities, and identify industries that enable continued growth of the ease service line.
  9. Contribute to strategic and operational planning related to client and practice management, as well as the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes.
  10. Mentor, motivate, and coach team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and conducting fair and honest performance reviews.
