Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team in a permanent, part-time capacity. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maximizing sales through product knowledge and suggestive selling techniques. Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing warm welcomes to every customer and assisting them in finding products
  • Offering expert advice on product quality, materials, and features
  • Maintaining a tidy store environment and ensuring all areas are clean and organized
  • Identifying and showcasing new products to customers
  • Processing transactions efficiently and accurately


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have previous sales experience and be functionally bilingual. You should also possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and demonstrate a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you should be open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods.
