Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to quality control standards, customer service expectations, and company policies.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
