We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at New Nugget Restaurant. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
- Process payments and handle customer transactions in a secure and efficient manner.
- Work effectively in a team environment to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
