Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Montessori Teacher to assist in the daily operations of our school. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative team of educators and support staff to provide a high-quality educational experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and implementing lesson plans that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Work closely with early childhood educators to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the school.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment by maintaining a clean and organized classroom.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement activities that promote creativity, self-expression, and social skills.
  • Provide guidance and support to students as needed, while also respecting their individual needs and boundaries.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience working in an early childhood education setting, preferably in a Montessori environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A strong commitment to providing a high-quality educational experience for children.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a generous paid time off policy.

Location:

This is a full-time position based at our school location.

Language:

We operate in English and welcome applications from candidates who are fluent in English.
