Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the Fort Nelson Health Unit.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assessments, plan, implement, and provide personal and nursing care to clients
  • Administer medications in accordance with pharmaceutical and organizational policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Operate related equipment, including proficiency in relevant computer applications
  • Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
Requirements
  • Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
  • One (1) year of recent, related experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Current valid BC Driver's License
