Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled 4th Cook to join our culinary team at Great Canadian Gaming Corporation. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing food items, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and contributing to a positive and welcoming work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food products to meet company standards
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and facilities
  • Receive and store inventory, including food and supplies
  • Take orders and provide excellent customer service
  • Count and manage inventory, including food and supplies
  • Attend regular culinary meetings and training sessions
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
  • Develop strong relationships with guests and team members
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of culinary experience
  • Food Safety Certification
  • Ability to obtain a Gaming Workers License
  • POS and cash handling experience (if necessary)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance
