Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Painter to join our team at Terry Pro Painters Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces, as well as repairing cracks and holes. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and clean surfaces for painting
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces
  • Repair cracks and holes in surfaces
  • Advise clients on colours and choice of wall coverings
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in painting and decorating
  • Ability to work at heights and in outdoors environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with drywall taping and patching
  • Knowledge of painting and finishing techniques
  • Ability to estimate costs and materials
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a variety of locations, including residential and commercial sites. The work environment will be physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
