Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Waterpark Design Professional to join our team at WhiteWater. This is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled designer who can create engaging and safe water slides that meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetic appeal.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative designs that incorporate safety features, site constraints, and customer requirements. You will work closely with our sales team, internal stakeholders, and external partners to deliver world-class designs on time and within budget.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for design and customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative and functional water slide designs that meet safety standards and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and architecture, to ensure seamless design execution.
  • Prepare detailed D models and layouts using SolidWorks and AutoCAD software.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify design requirements and specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of design progress, timelines, and project milestones.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in waterpark design or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of design software, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Revit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
