Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable and Billing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, billing, and collections. Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, follow-up, and collections
  • Monitor aging reports to ensure timely action on problem accounts
  • Perform account reconciliations as needed
  • Resolve billing disputes and investigate payment discrepancies
  • Identify accounts for further action due to non-payment

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Effective customer service skills and strong analytical skills

What We Offer
