About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Painting Supervisor to join our team at Thiara Construction and Logistics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing painting projects, supervising workers, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate painting projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Train and lead a team of painters, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Manage and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows, optimizing project timelines and resources.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in painting or construction supervision.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in English language.
