About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Trademarks Properties Inc. as a Help Desk Technician. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in computer systems and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Problem-Solving: Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other documents to research and implement solutions to complex technical issues.
  • Log Maintenance: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • System Support: Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
