Professional Truck Driver with Long Haul Experience

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Driver to join our team at SANDEEP SINGH DEOL. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently across long distances.

About the Job

This is a permanent full-time position requiring a high level of physical fitness and attention to detail. You will be required to drive straight or articulated trucks, operate equipment, and perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and security.

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the industry, a valid commercial driver's license, and a clean driving record. They must also possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of routes and with different types of cargo, including hazardous materials. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of your trips, including hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities
  • Drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Operate equipment, such as tarping and securing cargo
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and security
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, including hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
  • Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and other team members
Requirements
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
  • 1-2 years of experience in the trucking industry
