Housekeeping Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Letto's Enterprises Ltd. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
- Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
- Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris and empty trash containers.
- Laundry and Linens: Launder clothing and household linens, wash windows, walls and ceilings.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort, restaurant.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, walking.
