Job Summary

As a Dairy Frozen Associate at Walmart Canada, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the Dairy and Frozen department. Your responsibilities will include zoning the department, rotating stock, and ensuring compliance with food safety and handling procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Zones the department to ensure a clean and organized environment.
  • Rotates stock to prevent expired products from being sold.
  • Ensures merchandise is properly signed and priced.
  • Adheres to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, and food handling.
  • Follows proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels, and maintains features.
  • Keeps the area neat, clean, and organized, and free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids.
