Koinonia Christian Schools Red Deer is a Kindergarten to Grade 12 school committed to a Biblical standard of spiritual and academic excellence. Our mission is to provide a program that enables each child to grow spiritually, academically, socially, and physically, equipping them for service to God.

  • Understanding of special needs and individualized learning strategies for students
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and team members in a professional learning community
  • Willingness to contribute to school extra-curriculars, fundraisers, and events
  • Able to design effective strategies to meet students' diverse learning needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Education
  • Alberta Interim or Permanent Teaching Certificate or Letter of Authority
  • Adherence to the Koinonia Christian Education Society Statement of Faith, without reservation
  • Canadian resident
