Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual French Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage accounts receivable, including verifying and balancing cheques
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and delinquent accounts
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely support
  • Perform daily collection and follow-up calls to ensure timely payment
  • Process credit reference requests and monthly statements
Requirements
  • Completion of a college or university program in accounting or bookkeeping
  • General understanding of business processes and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent data entry skills and proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
