Store Leader for the Shoe Co.

About This Role
As a Part-time Supervisor at The Shoe Co., you will be responsible for leading our store environment and fostering inclusive and diverse customer connections. Your role will involve coaching and leading the team to achieve store objectives, including in-store sales, web orders, and goals as directed by the Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Assumes a leadership role with responsibility for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintains exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge.
- Facilitates achievement of business results by role modelling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty.
- Coaches and provides feedback as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success.
- Fosters teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
- Maintains effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
- Opens and closes the store proficiently.

- Excellent customer service and strong will to assist customer needs.

- Ability to work efficiently in the fast-paced team environment.
- Openness to learn and develop new skills.
- Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change.
- Ability to assume a variety of scheduled shifts including closing shifts and weekends as required.
