- Ensure successful execution of maintenance programs, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
- Develop and implement projects, prioritizing tasks effectively and monitoring progress.
- Manage the plant workforce, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in maintenance for manufacturing plants.
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is essential.
