About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Delivery Manager to join our Enterprise Cloud Services team in Vancouver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cloud services to our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic engagement plans to establish strong client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud services, including project management, technical operations, and customer support.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues and concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement changes to enhance client satisfaction and experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 4-6+ years of experience in project management, cloud services, or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure, platforms, and services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
