Dedicated Home Healthcare Specialist

**Job Summary:**
Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes, assessing client needs and developing personalized care plans. Administer medications, wound care, and perform other nursing tasks as required. Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide medication management, wound care, and other nursing interventions as required

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
**Requirements:**
• Current LPN license
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification
• Negative TB test
• Clear criminal record check
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
