As a Multimedia Content Creator at CB Canada, you will play a key role in shaping the company's visual identity through the creation of high-quality audio and visual materials. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that effectively communicates the brand's message to both internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce high-end videos and photographs that showcase the company's products and services
  • Conduct and direct on-camera interviews with key stakeholders and manage various subjects
  • Organize and maintain the library of photo and video assets
  • Manage the audio/visual equipment, including upkeep, repairs, rentals, and purchase recommendations
  • Generate media output and distribution among corporate websites and social media pages
  • Coordinate and schedule shoots with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and effective manner
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in multimedia content creation

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in multimedia content creation, with a focus on video and photography
  • Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and stakeholders at all levels
  • A valid driver's license and passport are required

Working Conditions:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with exceptions for travel
  • Travel required, with up to 50% of the time spent on the road
