At Way Financial Inc., we are seeking an experienced Strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts. This role is perfect for a professional with 5 years or more of experience in the field, who is passionate about developing promotional materials, managing budgets, and creating engaging content.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a attractive salary, we also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Job Description
  • Develop promotional materials: Create compelling content to promote our products and services.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures: Manage our marketing budget to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials: Craft engaging content to share with our customers and stakeholders.
  • Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs: Oversee the development and implementation of our marketing strategy.
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive sales.
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material: Support the development of marketing materials to communicate with our customers.
  • Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions: Plan and execute public relations events to raise awareness of our brand.
  • Maintain and manage digital database: Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in our customer database.

This is a full-time position, requiring on-site work at our physical location. We are committed to environmental preservation and restoration, making this a green job that contributes to positive environmental outcomes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years or more of experience in marketing
