We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM) projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Siebel CRM design, implementation, and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain Siebel CRM systems to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and deploy Siebel Inbound and Outbound Web services to enhance system functionality.
  • Deliver high-quality code on time, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Work collaboratively in both waterfall and agile environments to drive project success.
  • Negotiate and influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Siebel CRM implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Siebel CRM design, implementation, and support.
  • Experience with Siebel Inbound and Outbound Web services.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality code on time.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
