About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join The Goal Getters Associates' Managed Services Operations (MSO) team as a Sr. Associate Consultant. The MSO team is responsible for delivering top-notch support and services to our clients in the day-to-day activities and projects surrounding Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software.

As a Sr. Associate Consultant, you will work closely with our team members and clients from various departments, including accounting, finance, information technology, and project management. Your primary focus will be on providing expert guidance and support to clients in the administration, utilization, and development of CPM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advisory services to clients in the implementation and support of CPM solutions
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Act as an escalation point for Associate Consultants and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Assist in the development and deployment of new projects and initiatives
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience with CPM/EPM software (e.g., Oracle Cloud EPM, Oracle Hyperion, OneStream XF)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication, critical thinking, problem solving, negotiating, customer service, and rapport building
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Strong foundation in finance and accounting terminology, processes, and requirements
  • Understanding of IT terminology, processes, and requirements
  • General aptitude with business software, including Microsoft Word and Excel, email, calendar, and ticketing systems
