About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated live-in caregiver to join our team at Suma Samuel. As a live-in caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, as well as assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote social interaction and emotional well-being
  • Assist with mobility and transfer patients as needed
  • Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a caregiving role
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Health Care Aide or Personal Support Worker certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
