Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Assa Enterprises Inc.

Job Description:Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their overall well-being.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, grooming, and mobility.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Assist clients with medication management, including administering medications as directed.
  • Provide transportation to clients, ensuring their safe and timely arrival at appointments and activities.
  • Assist clients with communication, including reading, writing, and phone use.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
Work Environment:
