Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize all dishware, equipment, and utensils to the highest standards

- Operate dishwashers to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware

- Place clean dishes in storage areas and ensure they are easily accessible for staff

- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety protocols
