As a nurse in a high acuity setting, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in critical care nursing and contribute to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services in Northern British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and patients

Requirements:
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
- Post-graduate courses or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage: $41.42-$55.91
- Comprehensive benefit package, including extended health/dental and municipal pension plan
