Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and patients
Requirements:
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
- Post-graduate courses or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage: $41.42-$55.91
- Comprehensive benefit package, including extended health/dental and municipal pension plan
- Four weeks vacation with one year of continuous service
