Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Camrose Motel. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth stay.
Key Responsibilities:- Register arriving guests and assign rooms
- Process group arrivals and departures
- Take, cancel, and change room reservations
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
- Follow emergency and safety procedures
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees
- Provides opportunities for youth, veterans, Indigenous workers, and visible minorities to develop their skills and advance in their careers
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Will train
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
